Pow License
By installing or using the Software Library, Licensee agrees to be bound by this Agreement, unless Licensee is using the Software Library for evaluation purposes, authorized by Moving Parts MVP, Inc.
Upon full payment of the applicable fee, Moving Parts MVP, Inc. grants you an on-going, non-exclusive license to use the Software Library.
The license grants permission to the Licensee to access, use, and distribute the Software Library as part of an End Product.
You may not, under any circumstances, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, hack, port, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code to the Software Library.
You can:

Use the Software Library to create unlimited End Products distributed on the Apple App Store under the same Apple Developer Program membership.

Use the Software Library to create unlimited End Products distributed on Apple Test Flight under the same Apple Developer Program membership.

Use the Software Library to create unlimited End Products for macOS distributed outside the Apple App Store notarized using the same Apple Developer Program membership.
You cannot:

Use the Software Library to create End Products distributed on the Apple App Store using different Apple Developer Program memberships.

Use the Software Library to create End Products for iOS, ipadOS, watchOS, or tvOS that are distributed outside the Apple App Store, such as through the Apple Developer Enterprise Program or by encouraging self-signing by the End User on their own hardware.
Example usage
Examples of usage allowed by the license:

Creating an iPhone App including Pow for your company and distributing it on the Apple App Store under your company’s Apple Developer Program membership.

Creating a Mac App including Pow for your company and distributing it outside the Apple App Store, provided the app was notarized using the certificate available through your company’s Apple Developer Program membership.

Create iPhone Apps for your clients and distribute them on their behalf, provided they each own a Pow License.
Examples of usage not allowed by the license:

Creating iPhone Apps for multiple clients and distributing them on their behalf with a single Pow License.
Put simply, you require one Pow License for every Apple Developer Program membership used to distribute or notarize apps, regardless of the number of apps and number of individual software developers.
License Definitions
Licensee is the business entity who has purchased a Pow License.
Software Library is the code and assets made available to the Licensee.
End Product is any artifact produced that incorporates the Software Library or Software Library, such as apps and extensions for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.
End User is a user of an End Product.
Apple App Store refers to the Apple provided distribution method for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.
Apple Test Flight refers to the Apple provided distribution method for Beta Testing apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.
Apple Developer Program refers to the membership program provided by Apple that enables developers to distribute their apps on the Apple App Store and on Apple Test Flight.
Liability
Moving Parts MVP, Inc. is not liable for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the Software Library, including third-party claims against you. Moving Parts MVP, Inc. may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of the Software Library.
